This website is operated by Industrial Roof Cladding ("we", "us", "our"), an industrial roofing and cladding contractor. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. What personal data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, that typically includes your name, your email address, your phone number (if you provide one) and the details of your enquiry. We do not ask for special category data, and please do not send us any.

How we use your data, and our lawful basis

We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to. Our lawful basis is normally your consent and/or the steps necessary to enter into and perform a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. Contact-form submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree, which delivers the message to us; their handling of the data is governed by their own privacy terms. We may also share data where we are legally required to. Our website hosting provider processes standard server information needed to deliver the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability.
