Roofing for Manufacturing & Factories
Roof and cladding work on production facilities, planned around process equipment, continuous operation and on-site safety.
A leaking roof over a production line is more than an inconvenience, water near machinery, electrics and process equipment is a safety and continuity risk. Manufacturing sites also tend to run continuously, with expensive plant that cannot simply be moved out of the way.
We plan roof and cladding refurbishment on factories around those constraints: protecting equipment below, sequencing work so production keeps running, and coordinating closely with your site team on access and safety. Where a roof contains asbestos or has reached the end of its life, we phase replacement or overcladding to keep the building weathertight throughout.
No two factories are the same, so we start every job with a proper survey rather than a quote off a plan. That tells us what the roof is actually made of, where it is failing and why, and which approach gives you the most life for the least disruption, whether that is targeted cut edge corrosion treatment, a protective roof coating, or full re-sheeting.
Where production runs around the clock, we work to your shutdown windows and shift patterns, isolate work areas properly, and keep the building weathertight at every stage so there is never an open roof over running plant. Dust, debris and access are all controlled in agreement with your site and safety teams.
The result is a renewed building envelope delivered without disrupting the work that pays for it.
