Industrial Roof Cladding has specialised in industrial roof and cladding work since 2009. Our focus is narrow on purpose: roofs and cladding on commercial and industrial buildings, refurbishment, overcladding, asbestos roof replacement, cut edge corrosion treatment, gutter works and coatings.
Most of our work is on live, occupied sites where downtime is not an option. Distribution centres, manufacturing plants and retail units can't simply close while a roof is replaced, so we plan phased programmes that keep the building weathertight and the operation running underneath. It's the approach that let us complete 7,200m² of roofing in five days with zero downtime at Costco's Watford operation.
