Every project on this page is a real industrial roof or cladding job, carried out on a live, working building. Since 2009 we have refurbished, re-sheeted, overclad and re-roofed warehouses, factories, distribution centres and commercial units across the UK, almost always while the business underneath carried on trading.

Industrial roofs rarely fail politely. A few corroded fixings, a failing gutter line or a stretch of cut edge corrosion can quickly turn into water over racked stock, production lines or shop floors. The projects below show how we approach that: survey the building properly, recommend the most cost-effective fix rather than the most expensive, and phase the work so the site stays weathertight and operational from the first day to the last.
