The challenge
Costco’s Hertfordshire site is a high-volume operation that cannot stop. Any roofing work had to be delivered over a large area, to a tight programme, without interrupting trade or distribution beneath, and while keeping the building weathertight throughout.
What we did
We delivered 7,200m² of roofing across a five-day programme, carefully phased so that work progressed over the building without exposing the operation below. Access, sequencing and safety were planned around the site’s working pattern so the business continued uninterrupted.
The result
The full 7,200m² of roofing was completed in five days with zero downtime to the business, a result that came down to detailed phasing and tight coordination with the site team.
